In the beginning months. Our store will order Incentives for Customers upon request. Customers may inquire via Chat directly on our website.

All orders made by FINAL ORDER CUT-OFF will be placed and begin to ship once we receive the products. Typically time on F.O.C. orders are 3 - 4 Weeks out. Anything In Stock will be shipped as soon as the PAYMENT has processed.

If we receive the stores order and any products are damaged ,we will notify the customer upon Inspection. If the customer approves the Damaged Item to fulfill their order we will continue the routine process.

If the customer wants a Replacement we will contact the Distributor for replacements ,and if we are able to obtain a Replacement it will be shipped upon arrival.

If we are unable to obtain a Replacement the customer will have the option to be refunded or Store Credit in the amount of the Damaged Product.

After FINAL ORDER CUTT OFF Ordering Policy

1. Final Order Cutoff (FOC)

• Any orders made after the Final Order Cutoff (FOC) will be placed with our distributors.
• Once Lunar and/or Penguin Random House accepts these orders, they will be fulfilled upon arrival.

1. Cancellations

• If an item falls under the no return policies of Lunar and/or Penguin Random House, we will NOT accept cancellations for that item once that order is placed with our distributors.
• Cancellations are only available for items that are eligible under distributor return policies.

1. Returns

• We will only accept returns on eligible items that meet the return requirements of our distributors.
• Any non-returnable items as specified by Lunar and/or Penguin Random House cannot be returned.

1. Important Notes

• Please review your order carefully before confirming. Once the order is submitted after FOC and accepted by our distributors, it is considered final unless the item is return-eligible.
• Distributor policies may vary, and we follow their guidelines strictly to ensure compliance.
